but the problem with cell phones is you have a fixed set of focal lengths ok some have 2 or 3 lenses but you don't have the flexibility of a zoom lenses and having taken photos for a brochure for a rental house there is no way i could have gotten the photos i did without making full use of a 16-35mm zoom on a full frame camera. How much better than a cell phone camera will the pictures and videos be? I want the best pictures but don't want to waste money if a cell phone is just as good.Ĭell phones can take amazing videos and stills fo a tiny device and a novice may take better photos with one than an expensive camera if all you do is click the shutter button as phones use trickery to get around having a very small sensor but dont always pull it off especially when used for anything more than casual viewing.

I picked a Nikon Z6 because it doesn't have any moving mirror. I might also use it to take pictures of other items. I am an auctioneer and am looking for a camera to take real estate photos and videos.
